In this first [Job Focus], the Defontaine Group introduces you to the job of Maintenance Technician. Stéphane You and Kenny Richard, both Maintenance Technicians, explain us what they are doing within the group and why their job is so precious within the industry. Being a Maintenance Technician means working with everyone within the group. At Defontaine SAS, it means working on a fleet of over 200 machines. Discover why their motivation is so high as they are passionate about their job! They work in curative and preventive mode, on new machines that are added to the fleet.
