As a first-tier supplier, we design, develop and manufacture flywheels for manual gearboxes or Flexplates for automatic gearboxes. Our flywheels are made on robotic equipment or in line from rough stampings for steels or castings. We are therefore capable of supplying a complete assembly comprising the ring gear, flywheel, plate, washers, etc.
The ring gear shrinking-on operations are checked by a 100% process monitoring system ensuring that the components are correctly assembled. The following operations consist of balancing the assembly and a 100% functional inspection of the significant characteristics.
We can make prototypes within a few weeks on machining facilities dedicated to these products.
